Indemnity Policy and Employment Tribunal Compensation

The Peninsula Indemnity Insurance policy is underwritten by an authorised insurance company, regulated by the Financial Services Authority. This policy will cover any legal costs that may arise in employment tribunal applications, whether they are collective or individual claims.
