Legal representation at court proceedings
In the event that you are prosecuted, you will be provided with legal representation throughout the entire process. That will involve providing you with advice in relation to the charges. We will liaise, and where appropriate, negotiate with the prosecutor advising you on plea, obtaining your detailed instructions, collating all relevant information and representing you up to and including your subsequent attendance at court, whether at a trial or for sentencing.
