He has a wealth of legal and practical knowledge of employment law and health & safety issues across a diverse range of industries including offshore, leisure, quarrying, public utilities, construction, food processing and both light and heavy engineering. Ceri is a sought-after public speaker who is equally at home presenting to SMEs and blue chip companies.

Clive is an HR professional who, before joining Peninsula, was Director of Human Resources, Learning & Development with the UK’s largest privately owned retailer in it’s sector. An organisation with over 650 employees and 35 sites, Clive’s accountabilities included the formulation and regular review of HR strategy, policies and procedures ensuring the company was fully compliant at all times. Before specialising in HR, Clive spent many years in business management which enables him to solve employment law and health & safety law issues from a practical business perspective. Clive, who is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, has extensive experience in Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, Absence Management & Reward.
