This service will cover
Personnel Services
1. Personnel services documentation. Employees - Assessment of terms and conditions of employment resulting in the provision of statements of main terms of employment, management guides, along with an online employment reference manual and all employment related stationery. Workers - Assessment of working relationship and the provision of worker appointment letters, worker contract for services and general regulations.
2. Subsequent updating of personnel services documentation as a result of new legislation and changes in contractual or operational terms, with the provision of additional personnel services documentation or stationery where required.
Copyright in the said personnel services documentation (and in the any revisions thereof subsequently supplied by or on behalf of Peninsula Business Services Limited) is reserved by Peninsula Business Services Limited, without whose written permission it may not be reproduced or modified.
3. Telephone access to Advice Service consultancy expertise 24 hours per day on any employment query.
4. Taking out an insurance indemnity policy on your behalf covering representation costs as well as basic and compensatory awards and settlements incurred in realising Employment Tribunal claims resulting from an incident occuring after the date of this contract subject to policy conditions and advice guidelines.

Declaration
a. I/We accept the above service quote and hereby authorise Peninsula Business Services Limited to operate this contract from today's date.
b. I/We declare the information given has been checked and is true and accurate in every respect. No material fact has been suppressed/mis-stated.
c. The contract shall be for the duration of 5 years with no provision for early termination, and shall continue automatically thereafter annually from year to year, unless terminated by either the party giving a minimum of six months written notice by recorded delivery to expire at the end of the initial period or a subsequent anniversary of that date.
d. Time for payment of the first installment, further payments of the same amount will be taken monthly by direct debit.
Indemnified Clients
e. No insurer has declined us a proposal, refused to renew or cancelled a policy.
f. The insurance indemnities referred to above are underwritten by an authorised insurance company.
